REASON #15 – ADULTS:
Get better body co-ordination – play tennis
This is probably the most important physical benefit to playing tennis. Hand-Eye coordination is a big element determining whether you will be a good player or not. However, if you find you cannot actually hit or even catch a ball, our coaches will train your coordination skills.
REASON #16 – KIDS:
Develop hand-eye, better body co-ordination
Some children have great difficulty with the basic elements of coordination. Moving, catching, striking a ball. Research show that it is much better to learn these skills as a child than as an adult.
