REASON #13 – ADULTS:
Improve your leg strength by playing tennis
Tennis is not just about how you swing the racquet! You need to get to the ball first, and more importantly get into the right position to hit it correctly. Your legs are a key area to making this happen, and playing tennis can really help to strengthen those leg muscles.
REASON #14 – KIDS:
Tennis is an individual sport, but Best Tennis often make it into a team sport, so that you are not just competing for yourself. This really helps to develop teamwork skills. We also offer football and netball classes, along wit multisport camps, which will also help to learn those teamwork skills.
