Improve your aerobic fitness – play tennis

Tennis is a great cardio workout, great to get the blood pumping round the body. The nature of the game means that you will go for quick short bursts with breaks inbetween rallies. This is the best way to improve fitness – lots of short repetitions of high energy exercise.

Learn how to accept responsibility

A lot of the children at Best Tennis have become more grown up and more respectful since they started with us. Our coaches will set a nice environment for children, but also will not accept any bad behaviour.
