What a fun way to lose weight, without having to go on a diet or attend the gym! The more you play tennis, the more you want to keep playing and a lot of calories can be burned in a short space of time. One match will usually last for two hours or more!

In a world where children play sport on a computer, tennis can be one of those things that gets children out of the house and moving. They will also get the chance to develop their social skills with the coach and the other children in the lesson.
